Family and Relationships

Cecil Creepler was the ice cream man of Moralton and a minor antagonist. He was the father of Miss Sculptham's unborn twins.

Personality[]

While Mr. Creepler sold frozen treats to the children of Moralton around the clock, he didn't care for them outside of sexual attraction. Doughy Latchkey was a favorite of his. Mr. Creepler would often attempt to lure him into his van through gifts, compliments and free ice cream.

Not only would he try to rape children, but he would do the same to women, especially black haired women. "Raped" would reveal that he did this to have children of his own, and when Ms. Sculptham aborted one of them, he would fall into a deep depression.

History[]

Mr. Creepler tried to lure Doughy into his van in "Courtship." However, Doughy escaped as Mr. Creepler tried to rape him. He would also rape eight women in Moralton, one of them being Ms. Sculptham, who lured him into her apartment to be apprehended by the police.

The lost episode "Raped" would reveal that while in prison, Mr. Creepler would make friends with his inmate, Ray Pistwell. When he heard that she aborted one of his babies, Mr. Creepler would commit suicide.

Relationships[]

Ms. Sculptham

Mr. Creepler inseminated her. She only managed to abort one of his children. Ms. Sculptham often fantasizes about having sex with Mr. Creepler, though with control over the situation.

Doughy Latchkey

Doughy was one of his favorite targets. He ultimately fails to sexually assault him, and the experience makes Doughy swear off of romance.

  • "Elemental Orel:" He sells ice cream with Orel's donation money.
  • "Courtship:" He tries to lure Doughy into his van.
