Gladys Foamwire was a minor character and Stephanie's mother.
Personality[]
She was an obsessive stalker and a religious nut even for Moralton's standards. Stephanie's recollections of her imply that she wasn't a great mother, either.
History[]
Gladys was so obsessed with Reverend Putty that she hatched a plan to fill herself with his sperm. For weeks, she would analyze Rod's masturbation habits while taking photos of him. Eventually, she made her move and stole a tissue basket containing his sperm samples. One of them would create Stephanie.
On her deathbed, she revealed who Stephanie's father was. Even if it wasn't her intention, the two would meet each other and bond as father and daughter for the first time.
