Orel's friend, Tommy, is placed in the 'Special Retarded Education' program.
Plot[]
While in class Reverend Putty teaches "science", Tommy, Orel's friend loves learning science although in the class he questions some of Reverend Putty's teachings and is labeled a dunce during recess. Meanwhile, Orel and Tommy are playing. Tommy's parents are having a meeting with Principal Fakey and is then labeled "retarded" mainly because Moralton's education system is messed up, but in reality Tommy is smart. Because he is put in a "special education" class, Joe and the other kids bully him, Orel learns from his mom and dad that God wants them to be "retarded" because in God's eyes, "everyone is perfect". The next day at recess, Orel stops Joe and other kids from picking on Tommy and the other "special children" by giving a speech on how they should pity and be kind to them, and not harm them. Everyone including the adults take the lesson from Orel and learn to pity Tommy and the other retards.
